About The Program

What You’ll Gain
- Practical experience applying classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.
- Exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout.
- Mentorship from the entire marketing team
- Professional networking within the construction industry.
- Competitive hourly wage.
- Assist in preparing client proposals and RFP responses, including copywriting, layout design, and coordination with internal teams.
- Support the client interview process through presentation design, messaging, and creative input.
- Create and edit designs, concepts, and messaging that support company branding and business development goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development staff to ensure brand integrity across all materials.
- Visit job sites to capture photography and video content; help maintain the company’s media library.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions.
- Support other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Current enrollment in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn about the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.
- Office-based role with occasional visits to job sites for content gathering.
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility to meet project deadlines.
