Boyd Insurance & Investments is seeking to hire an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated professional eager to serve the community with providing the best client insurance experience to join the personal lines team as a Personal Advisor.

How You Will Contribute:
- Sell and renew insurance to businesses in the community and the region.
- Customer focused mindset.

- Promote and support cross-selling strategies.
- Identify, cultivate, propose, and bind new business.
- Actively pursue new client prospects through networking and referrals.
- Manage and renew existing clients annually.

- Assist in collecting required coverage information and premium.
- Maintain proper documentation for existing clients and new client prospects.

Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of insurance sales experience.
- Active 220 Property & Casualty license.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Good Motor Vehicle Record and maintain minimum insurance coverages.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
