The Helena Pre-Release Center is seeking a dedicated, compassionate individual to join our team as a Resident Advisor (Security Staff).

Position Details:
- Current Opening: AFTERNOON & NIGHT SHIFTS
- Pay: $20.00 hr.(Shift differential $20.75 afternoons & $21.50 night shifts)
- Full-Time Schedule: 8-hour shifts, some holidays
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a mentor and role model to residents as they work toward successful habilitation.
- Monitor resident accountability through scheduled checks and documentation.
- Provide transportation for residents to employment and appointments. (company vehicle provided)
- Supervise and participate in recreational and structured activities
- Maintain a secure, respectful, and supportive environment
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience working with corrections populations or in human services
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
- Dependability, integrity, and a commitment to making a difference
- Computer skills (data entry experience)
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Helena, MT
- Selected candidates will be subject to a fingerprint-based background check and a driving history review
