Northern Star Scouting is searching for its next Chief Executive Officer / Scout Executive. This is a rare and meaningful opportunity to lead one of the nation’s largest and most innovative Scouting councils, serving more than 42,000 young people each year across traditional Scouting and community-based programs. From ten camps, including a dynamic headquarters in historic Fort Snelling, Minnesota, Northern Star delivers transformative experiences so that all youth have the character, confidence, and experience to improve the world.
The next CEO will inherit a strong organization rooted in servant leadership, with a dedicated board, seasoned staff, and national reputation for innovation. They will be called to steward tradition while driving evolution – bringing bold vision, collaborative leadership, and deep commitment to youth development.
