About BOY London:

BOY London is a globally recognized fashion brand known for its iconic streetwear and cultural impact. As we expand our presence in Los Angeles and prepare for our next runway show, we are looking for a part-time Operations & Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time role (approx. 25-30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Operations & Office Coordinator to support our executive team and design team. In this role, you’ll be a vital link between leadership, creative, and operational teams, ensuring smooth daily operations as we prepare for our next collection. This is an excellent entry-level role with significant growth potential, allowing you to take on more responsibility as the company evolves.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily office operations and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars for the executive team, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and priorities are aligned.
  • Liaise with the design team to catalog and organize the upcoming collection using Excel and other tools.
  • Track and manage office supplies and administrative systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as a communication hub, update info boxes, coordinate messages, and serve as a liaison across teams.
  • Assist with project management, track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for key initiatives.
  • Help coordinate logistics for events, photoshoots, and brand activities.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, prepare reports, manage digital filing, and assist wherever needed.


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of administrative or operations support experience (fashion or startup environment preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills: comfortable liaising with executives and creative teams.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and a desire to grow with a dynamic, creative brand.


Compensation:

$25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. Approx. 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for this part-time role to become full-time as the company grows.
