What You’ll Do:
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management
- Process fulfillment orders, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Prepare new stock for put-away and inventory organization.
- Use warehouse scanners, RF equipment, and mobile technology to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Operate warehouse tools and follow best practices for lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise.
- Work alongside team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively (both written and verbal) to report stock levels, order issues, and process updates.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to meet operational needs.

✅ Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, percentages)
✅ Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including:
- Standing/walking for at least 2 consecutive hours
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders as needed
Within 3 months, you will:
- Have a strong understanding of warehouse processes & fulfillment operations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and process orders with efficiency.
- Demonstrate consistent reliability and teamwork.
- Become a go-to team member in warehouse operations.
- Show expertise in handling inventory systems & warehouse technology.
- Have opportunities for growth into lead or supervisor roles.
