We empower educators and administrators with cutting-edge tools to improve instruction, communication, and campus safety. We are seeking a motivated, well-organized Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and support field sales efforts. In this role, you will partner closely with Field Sales Managers to promote and sell our technology solutions to both new and existing customers. You will also develop and execute a territory plan designed to increase engagement and revenue within your assigned region. As a consistent point of contact for prospects, customers, and partners, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure a smooth and effective sales process. This position reports to the Senior Inside Sales Representative.Essential FunctionsDrive Revenue & Territory GrowthGenerate incremental revenue within the assigned U.S. territory and achieve annual sales quota while maintaining acceptable margins.Develop, maintain, and grow an active account base through a balanced approach of prospecting and account management.Build and maintain a strong and accurate pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress toward monthly goals.Work closely with regional sales teams to build pipelines, coordinate strategy, and close opportunities.Generate quotes within NetSuite following established Boxlight’s pricing policies.Account Management & Customer EngagementServe as a primary point of contact for prospects and customers, delivering a high standard of service and timely follow-up on inquiries, price quotes, and support needs.Renew and strengthen relationships with past customers to drive repeat and future business.Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive overall customer experience.Understand customer needs, business challenges, and long-term objectives to position Boxlight solutions as a strategic advantage.Demonstrate effective consultative selling skills, including objection handling and closing proficiency.Lead Management & Demand GenerationSupport national and regional demand generation efforts through outbound communications and timely response to inbound leads.Execute ongoing outreach to existing customers and prospects to uncover/identify new opportunities and maintain engagement/relationships.Professional Development & Operational ExcellenceParticipate in training programs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and system training.Manage time, priorities, and territory activities efficiently and profitably.Education/ExperienceBS/BA degree or equivalentSelling experience in the education or technology market – ability to ask probing questions and explain solutions to customers and reseller partners.Technical aptitude to explain new technologies to target audience.Ability to exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Interpersonal skills – effective verbal and written social skills.Strong interest in sales and working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to multitask and meet multiple simultaneous demands.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing, and computer skills, CRM management, etc.Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction.Team player who works well with internal resources and channel partners.Desire for performance-driven compensationResidency within the Pacific Region is required, with a strong preference for candidates based in Petaluma, California.Physical Demands and Work Environment•    Travel up to 75% (Monday - Friday)•    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.•    Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a remote professional work environment. •    Travel up to 10%•    Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.What We Offer•    Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. •    Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. •    Collaborative and supportive team environment committed to professional development and success. Join Our Team If you’re passionate about education technology, enjoy connecting with K-12 schools, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we’d love to hear from you! Apply Today and be part of a team transforming classrooms and campuses across the Mid-North region. Powered by JazzHRNw2pjjEi4C
