On Site Cleaning technician Responsibilities: Power Plant

As an technician you will be responsible for the interior cleaning of a commercial business site according to company standards and applicable safety measures. Expect to work on multiple different projects across Boxley’s departments. Flooring work, post constriction, residential cleaning, & commercial cleaning. Starting amount is only based on 2 years of cleaning experience

• Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
• Work within changing work hours
• Work on multiple different levels within commercial buildings. Stairs no elevators.
• Maintain multple different commercial areas
• Supplies lockers kept stocked with supplies ready for cleaning crews.
• Perform cleaning on one job site with multiple facilities, office rooms, bathrooms, hallways.
• Perform cleaning on hard/soft surfaces, using cleaning supplies and equipment e.g. vacuums, chemical cleaning solutions, window cleaner, etc.
• Independent work
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
• A team player who is focused on providing highest quality of work
• Ability to learn
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Drivers license must
• Must be able to work alone. Independent person.
