PART-TIME Cleaning technician Responsibilities: 20 DAY JOB

As an technician you will be responsible for the interior cleaning of apartment complex's according to company standards and applicable safety measures. Expect to work on weekdays and weekends. A lot of growth opportunities throughout the different departments after duration of part time position.

• Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
• Work within changing work hours - weekday and weekend
• Supplies lockers kept stocked with supplies ready for cleaning crews.
• Perform cleaning in apartment complexes - multiple different rooms, bathrooms, hallways, bedrooms. kitchens.
• Perform cleaning on hard/soft surfaces, using cleaning supplies and equipment e.g. vacuums, chemical cleaning solutions, window cleaner, etc.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience REQUIRED
• A team player who is focused on providing highest quality of work
• Ability to learn
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Drivers license MUST
