Hiring for commission based position. Looking for smiling, problem solving, dependable and outgoing employees. Willing to learn new things and learn on the spot. Must have 5 years work experience, drivers license, dependable transportation, working cell phone, willing to work from home, general knowledge of social media, hardworking, positive attitude, good with following instructions, has integrity, willing to move up in positions, weight lifting required minimum of 50-100 lbs. and willing to grow.
We are hiring for a super part time position starting 1 day a week 5 hours a day. Must be willing to pick up hours if needed. (Job based off commission minimum and maximum earnings is up to you.) No sales experience, we can train!
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest the right products.
- Promote or sell products to potential customers.
- Create unique social media ads to bring in customers.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cashing and cash handling procedures professionally.

- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, personalized service, and follow-up.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair, parts sales, or dealership environments is highly preferred.
- 5 years work experience.

- Willing to take on more hours than hired for if needed.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus).

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively (not required.)
