The Role
The Store Manager will lead daily operations of our Albertville location and set the tone for customer service, efficiency, and professionalism.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be actively involved in operations while guiding your team and growing the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations (shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, specialty jobs)
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in shipping procedures
- Coordinate production workflow with Desoto Printing
- Manage inventory and maintain an organized, professional store environment
- Build relationships with local businesses
- Monitor performance metrics and meet revenue goals
Experience & Skills
- Retail, service-industry, or supervisory experience is helpful but not required.
- What matters most is leadership ability, reliability, strong work ethic, and a desire to build something long-term.
