Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide personalized assistance with their banking transactions and inquiries
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately using banking software and cash handling procedures
- Promote and upsell relevant financial products such as savings accounts, or loans, to meet members’ needs
- Manage member accounts efficiently, including debits & credits, cash management, and basic math calculations for balancing cash drawers
- Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring suspicious activity and adhering to security protocols
- Support loan origination processes by gathering necessary documentation and guiding members through application steps
- Maintain strong relationships with members through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service to enhance member satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in financial sales and customer relationship management within a banking or retail environment
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention and detection techniques to safeguard member assets
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and the ability to assist with loan applications confidently
- Excellent relationship management skills to build trust and loyalty with members
- Proficiency in banking software, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math including debits & credits
- Ability to perform basic math accurately using 10 key typing skills for quick calculations
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with clear communication to resolve issues efficiently

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
