Job Description:
Our team is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic fulfillment team lead to join our gift production team. As a fulfillment team lead, you will be responsible managing projects, managing team members, processing orders and assembling custom gift orders. Daily work could include managing team workloads, managing incoming inventory, inventory quality assurance and checking, gift assembly, and packaging orders for shipment. To ensure success as a fulfillment team lead, you should have a good understanding of production and warehousing procedures, a high attention to detail, great teamwork and a collaborative attitude, and the ability to lift and move boxes. Ultimately, a successful fulfillment team lead will ensure orders are processed quickly and efficiently, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily fulfillment operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of gift box orders
- Manage and mentor fulfillment associates, setting clear priorities and keeping the team on track during peak periods (holidays, corporate campaigns, large events)
- Ensure all orders — especially custom and corporate orders — are assembled accurately, packaged beautifully, and shipped on time
- Maintain inventory levels, track stock, and communicate low-stock or replenishment needs to the purchasing team
- Develop and refine packing standards and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across every order
- Coordinate with the sales and gifting team on incoming order volumes, deadlines, and special customization requirements
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues (shipping delays, damaged goods, incorrect orders) and own resolution quickly
- Keep the fulfillment space organized, safe, and operating efficiently
Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs., with or without assistance
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a fulfillment team lead or associate.
- Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift medium to heavy objects.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Ideal candidate would be a motivated, self-starter, has high attention to detail, time-management skills, and as well as effective communication skills
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
