Box and Roll Moving is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Packing Associate to join our growing team.
This position begins with maintaining our office, warehouse, moving equipment, and storage areas while helping organize inventory and assist with packing and unpacking services. As we expand, you’ll also provide residential cleaning services for customers before or after their move as part of our all-inclusive moving packages.
Every day is different, and you’ll play an important role in helping our customers have a smooth moving experience.
Responsibilities
- Deep clean our office, warehouse, and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of moving equipment and supplies
- Organize and consolidate storage units
- Assist with packing and unpacking household goods
- Perform residential move-in and move-out cleaning
- Help prepare homes before or after moving services
- Maintain high standards of professionalism while working in customers’ homes
- Report supply needs and maintain cleaning equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and customer privacy standards
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Kerhonkson, NY
- Comfortable traveling to customer homes throughout the Hudson Valley
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Authorized to work in the United States
What We Offer
- $18.00-$21.00 per hour, based on previous experience. Everyone starts $18.00/h for the first two weeks.
- Guaranteed minimum of 16 hours each week
