Part-Time Retail Associate - Video Game Store
Bowsers Basement is a video game store located in both Taunton and Plymouth MA. We are currently looking to hire 1 PT employee per store, or possibly one FT employee to work at both. Our company is searching for a leader, someone who is outgoing and caring. Our business brings joy to thousands of people of all ages and we want to continue to build off that. We are rapidly growing and we'd love to hire someone who wants to take this company to new heights. We value heart and soul over game knowledge.
We're looking for a dependable , experienced Retail Associate to join our team!
Position Details:
- Part-Time: 16-24 hours per week to start
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of retail experience required
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of video games is NOT required. We're looking for strong retail experience and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with merchandising and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment
- Review trades, clean and price games.
