Bowser Automotive is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and supporting our service and parts teams. Responsibilities- Process parts requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.
- Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders.
- Stock and organize parts inventory while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Assist Parts Department staff with locating and distributing parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work with computers and inventory systems throughout the day.
