Route: Regional — approximately 350-mile radius
About the Position
Bowman Xpress LLC is looking for a reliable, experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team as a full-time 1099 driver. This position involves regional flatbed deliveries using a truck equipped with a Moffett forklift.
We are looking for a professional driver who takes pride in safety, reliability, equipment care, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A CDL flatbed truck with Moffett forklift
Transport and deliver materials throughout a regional 350-mile radius
Load, secure, transport, and unload freight safely
Operate the Moffett forklift for jobsite deliveries
Complete required delivery paperwork and documentation
Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and jobsites
Follow all DOT, safety, and company requirements
Maintain the truck and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
Clean driving record/MVR
Clean DOT drug test
Safe and responsible driving history
Reliable and dependable
Able to safely handle flatbed freight and delivery responsibilities
Moffett/forklift experience preferred
Flatbed experience preferred
Must be comfortable with regional travel within approximately a 350-mile radius of Ennis, TX
Compensation
$200–$400 per day, depending on loads and experience
Paid weekly
1099 independent contractor position
Full-time regional work
