About the Role
We’re looking for a Escalation Engineer with MSP industry experience to design, support, and maintain client infrastructures across a diverse set of environments. You’ll ensure the stability, security, and performance of client systems while following our best practices and delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support and enhance client network and server infrastructure
- Administer Windows servers and virtual clusters (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and systems
- Monitor performance and remediate issues proactively
- Administer security tools, permissions, user accounts, email, and threat protection
- Manage backup/restore processes and disaster recovery workflows
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation
- Travel to client sites as needed and participate in on-call rotation
- Assist with remote support tickets and project work when required
What You Bring
- MSP experience required
- 3–5 years in network/system administration
- Experience with Windows, macOS, Azure/AWS, AD, VMware, Cisco/SonicWall/HP/Aruba, LAN/WAN/VPN
- Strong understanding of cloud on-prem architectures
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and project management abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- $80–95K base annual bonuses (last year 10.5% of gross income)
