About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Inventory Coordinator to support daily operations in our Virginia office. This role is essential to keeping the office organized, professional, and efficient while ensuring inventory, supplies, and administrative processes are managed effectively.
As the Office & Inventory Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, while also providing administrative support to internal teams and helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
What You’ll Do
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, and manage general email correspondence.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist with occasional travel arrangements or team event coordination.
- Monitor office and operational inventory levels to ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
- Place orders for office and operational supplies as needed.
- Maintain office organization, meeting rooms, and common areas in a clean and professional manner.
- Report equipment, maintenance, or facility issues when necessary.
- Support internal teams with general administrative and office-related needs.
- Help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally on a daily basis.
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or inventory-related role is preferred.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic office software, including email, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
