Mathematics Teacher
Job Description:
The role of the English Teacher is to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment for students in the English/Literature classes. You will also assist with the implementation of Bowman School’s curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, or related field of study; Master’s degree in literature/ English preferred
- Minimum three years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting required; or equivalent combination of education and experience that is considered to be related to the performance required.
- Must possess effective classroom management skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Must possess good judgment and judgment-building skills.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to organize, plan, prepare, implement, monitor, and evaluate curriculum activities.
- Must possess the ability to maintain a clean classroom environment.
- Must be able to maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning by providing appropriate materials, equipment, and student comfort.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
