Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Food Production Worker to join our dynamic team at our turkey further processing facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality poultry products while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to support our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate food processing equipment in compliance with USDA and HACCP regulations
• Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of raw and/or cooked turkey products with precision and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following strict sanitation protocols
• Monitor production lines for quality control, ensuring products meet safety and quality standards
• Work well with others in a team environment

Requirements and Experience

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in a cooler climate controlled environment
• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds is preferred

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
