Key Responsibilities:

Final Inspections and Punch List Management:
- Conduct thorough final inspections to verify that all work meets the project's specifications and safety standards.
- Track and manage any outstanding items (punch list items) that need to be completed before project closeout.
- Work with contractors to address and resolve all items on the punch list.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping:
- Compile and organize all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and other required documents for handover to the client.
- Maintain accurate records of all commissioning activities, including test results and any issues encountered during the project.
- Client Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand their requirements and ensure the commissioning process aligns with their expectations.
- Provide training to the client on the operation and maintenance of the new systems and equipment.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commissioning plans to ensure all systems are installed, tested, and operational.
