Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Walnut Creek, CA. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks, including conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, providing counsel and advice to clients, and representing clients during negotiations, proceedings, or litigation. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to address legal matters effectively and contribute to successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general law and expertise in labor and employment law.
- Strong understanding of legal advice and client counseling practices.
- Experience conducting legal research and preparing detailed legal analyses.
