The successful candidate will have strong organizational, communication and computer skills; the ability to work in a team setting; and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include maintaining documents and calendars, typing correspondence, drafting legal documents, handling general office responsibilities, and providing excellent customer service. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. Experience with corporations, LLCs, and licensing is preferred. Must be able to successfully pass required background checks, including criminal.
