Bowles Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee reconstruction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. A candidate with a background in the Restoration Industry is highly desired.
As the project manager, you will play a key role in executing various types of projects. The project manager will review the scope of work/estimate and all other job documentation on assigned projects. You will be able to inform the applicable party as soon as any issues arise. The ideal candidate will be well organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills, as you will be acting as the liaison between the company and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success
- Monitors project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Ensures compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Provides project updates to customers and management
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. word, outlook, excel, teams, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the Restoration industry and construction
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting
- Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to pass background check
