General Manager
Are you a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment? Bowler Performance Transmissions is looking for a driven General Manager to lead our team and help take a respected name in the performance transmission industry to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations including production, quality control, and supply chain
- Develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to hit company goals and maintain a positive culture
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D on product innovation and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and key customers
- Track industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing facility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Solid understanding of business and manufacturing processes
- Strong financial management background with a track record of profitable results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems quickly
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
