What You’ll Be Doing

Running the Show
- Leading the bar team with good vibes, teamwork, and steady hands
- Scheduling, training, coaching, basically being the person everyone’s glad to see walk in
- Jumping into management meetings with ideas and updates
- Helping with events, projects, and keeping everything organized
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and saying “nope” to spillage disasters
- Making sure equipment is clean, functional, and ready for action
- Keeping the bar stocked, prepped, and looking good
- Mixing, pouring, garnishing, and creating Instagram-worthy drinks
- Knowing the menu like a pro and recommending crowd favorites
- Checking IDs, monitoring alcohol consumption, and handling situations safely
- Helping with food, bussing, and resetting tables when needed
- Following Spare Time’s Code S.E.R.V.E. and Steps of Service (AKA: delivering A hospitality)
- Opening and closing the bar like a boss
- Handling POS transactions with accuracy (and a smile)
- Completing shift paperwork without breaking a sweat
- 3 years bartending experience
- 1 year leadership/supervisory experience
- TIPS or SERVSafe certification (or willing to get it)
- The ability to handle a fast-paced, loud, laser-light-filled environment
- Comfort working around crowds, families, and excited kids
- Stamina to stand, walk, lift, shake, stir, and hustle
- Every shift is high-energy and never boring
