This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at our Arlington, VA location. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high food and beverage quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, addressing customer concerns, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting the management team with inventory control, scheduling, and team training.
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Strong Communication skills for effective team and customer interactions
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, standards, and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
