BBQ Kitchen Team Member/Cook (full or part time)

Like BBQ? Want to learn how to smoke BBQ and increase your cooking skills? Come join a fun, growing team that's like family! We train you to prepare BBQ and homemade dishes while learning other skill sets to become an awesome cook and positive team member.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare meals and BBQ according to established recipes
- Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and health protocols
- Collaborate with other kitchen and front of house team members to ensure timely meal service and positive team environment
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed
