As Food & Beverage Manager you will be assistanting the General Manager with all aspects pertaining to managing all food and beverage operations, staff, and for delivering excellent guest experience. Forecast, plan and manage all food and beverage orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Cross train for all positions as time allows.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service.
- Adhering to food regulations
- Developing and Furthering Company Targets & Goals
- Updating designed menus & receipes
- Organising food supplies
- Aduiting all inventory from food to party supplies
- Ensuring that all dishes are cooked to standards and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
- Recruitment and training of staff.
- Assisting with Shift scheduling.
- Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Purchase and control of inventory.
- Monitor revenues and expenses.
- Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations.
- Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3 Years of Management Experience in a high volume; fast paced enviorment
- Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset
