About the Role:
As a Home Health Registered Nurse with Bowes In Home Care, you’ll bring exceptional, personalized care directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by:
- Visiting multiple patients’ homes to provide a full range of acute care.
- Delivering hands-on nursing services including chronic disease management, pain control, wound care, IV infusion, and post-operative teaching.
- Educating patients and their families to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Requirements:
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- At least 1 year of Home Health experience (preferred).
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in electronic charting (Kinnser preferred).
