## Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. ## Responsibilities - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly - Assist with billing and payment processing - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow ## Requirements - Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks - Strong administrative skills including medical scheduling and record-keeping - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
