Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Construction Manager in Maui County, HI. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule. Primary responsibilities include managing project teams, implementing construction safety protocols, supervising project control measures, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading project teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
- Expertise in Construction Safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction and project management processes
- Experience with Project Control techniques and ensuring timelines and deliverable quality
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Professional certification such as CCM and or PE is advantageous
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in managing construction projects, especially in Hawaii, is a plus
