Job Summary:
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) services include full-service CFO Advisory Services, Controller, Bookkeeping, Vendor bill processing and payment, Customer invoicing, Payroll processing and tax reporting, and Sales tax preparation. Requirements:
- Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
- Manage month-end close for assigned clients
- Assist with development of financial budgets
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting
- Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services
- Participate in marketing events
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communicator
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Able to manage priorities and workflow
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
Salary: $80,000.00- $100,000.00
