Automotive Internet Sales Professional - Top Producer

Bowen Scarff Ford has an immediate opening for an elite Internet Sales Professional. We generate over 400 inbound leads a month. The vast majority of these are high-intent, organic website leads, supplemented by premium traffic from Carfax, Cars.com, CarGurus, and Autotrader.

We are expanding our internet team to exactly three people. That means you are walking directly into a guaranteed pipeline of 130 high-quality leads per month.

We run a highly efficient, haggle-free floor, and we purposefully cap our sales staff at 10 people so our team never has to fight for deals. You spend your time actually working fresh leads, responding to buyers, and closing deals.

Why Top Producers Move to Bowen Scarff:

• High-Intent Lead Volume: 130 leads per month per rep, heavily weighted toward direct website traffic.

• High Earning Potential: Our average income is $85,000 , with top performers exceeding $120,000.

• Unbeatable Benefits: Premium Medical coverage starting at just $56 a month, plus Dental and Life Insurance.

• Real Security: 401(k) with up to 3% match, plus a 5-day work week with two consecutive days off.

What We Expect From You: You must be a high-efficiency internet sales professional with a track record of top-tier customer service. Be prepared to provide performance reports reflecting your closing ratios, sales volume, and CSI scores during the interview process.
