Real Estate Field Analyst

SIGN-ON BONUS: A $1,500 sign-on bonus will be paid after the first 60 days of employment.

A Pickerington area firm specializing in real estate market research is looking to immediately add a Field Analyst to contribute to our great team. The company provides real estate market analysis throughout the country.

Field Analysts are required to travel weekly to markets throughout the country via plane and/or car, photograph properties, and complete a written site analysis. Analysts collect data through a variety of means, including interviews, on-line records research, and visual inspections. Travel typically ranges from 2 to 5 days per week, with up to 5 days per week during heavier workloads. The company provides all necessary equipment, including a cell phone and laptop, and pays for all travel expenses (airfare, rental car, hotel, etc.).

This position is full-time.

Duties include:

• Weekly nationwide travel, between 2 and 5 days per week
• Collecting apartment rental data via in-person interviews and telephone calls
• Preparing concise and edited written narrative reports and communicating findings with Research Director and Market Analysts

Applicant Requirements:

• Highly detail oriented
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Team player
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance throughout interactions with clients and interview prospects
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree considered
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
• A clean criminal background check
• A real estate license or background is not required

Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. When not traveling, analysts are occasionally permitted to work from home once fully trained, typically after 90 days.

Salary: Base salary starts at $43,000 and can range up to $49,000 per year inclusive of per diem reimbursement and bonuses.
