SUMMARY:
The field office clerk works directly for the on-site management team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of functions to ensure all goals associated with the project are completed accurately and on time.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and communicate with vendors, subs, owners and all other individuals associated with the project
- Assist with deliveries
- Sort and disperse all inter-office and external mail received at jobsite
- Maintain and order appropriate office supplies needed for jobsite trailer
- Work with onsite management team to ensure all field checks are properly coded prior to submitting to A/P
- Enter information into Construction Management Program
- Work directly with the Project Coordinator assigned to the project
- Complete all field paperwork, as directed by the onsite management team
- Maintain and file onsite paperwork to ensure accurate records are kept
- Process timecards for field staff
- Ensure work area and trailer are maintained and kept clean
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- High School diploma required

- Ability to meet deadlines as assigned
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using Outlook and MS Office products
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
