Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating flatbed tractor trailer. Your expertise in commercial driving, coupled with mechanical knowledge and a proactive safety mindset, will ensure smooth operations across multiple delivery routes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. Opportunities to deliver local loads and NJ/PA loads. Will be home every day! Pay is based on experience and is percentage of the load you haul. This is 1099 position.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating flatbed tractor trailer
- Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with delivery routes involving manual handling
- Experience operating flatbed tractor-trailers
- Ability to tie down loads for safe transport of lumber or wood post
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and extended periods of driving or standing during shifts
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations
