Quantitative Researcher – High-Frequency Trading (HFT)
We’re looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join a high-performing High-Frequency Trading (HFT) team operating fully automated, machine learning–driven trading strategies across global markets.
This is a highly collaborative, research-led environment where you’ll work end-to-end on alpha generation, model development, and execution, with real ownership and measurable impact on live trading performance.
What you’ll do
- Research, design, and implement alpha signals, features, and predictive models for automated trading strategies
- Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and execution quality
- Collaborate closely with other researchers and engineers to review ideas, solve complex problems, and iterate quickly
- Improve and optimize research tooling and workflows to scale experimentation and insight generation
- Contribute to strategic discussions that help shape the future direction of trading and research efforts

Who you are
- 3 years’ experience in quantitative research within a successful futures or equities trading environment
- A proven ability to develop profitable, data-driven trading strategies
- Strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, and analytical problem-solving
- Experience working on computationally intensive research problems
- Degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in a quantitative or technical discipline
- Proficiency in Python or C (ideally both)
- A collaborative mindset
- A self-starter who takes ownership, sets ambitious goals, and actively seeks out opportunities to make an impact
