Job Description
The Property Technician is responsible for reviewing several properties daily, by performing detailed photographic reports on rental homes for property managers.
This is a PART-TIME position with working days Monday through Saturday with some days off throughout the week.
You will be required to give your availability 30 to 60 days in advance to create a working schedule that fits your life obligations.
We do not offer paid vacations or sick pay.
***This is for applicants in Apopka FL, only, and you must live there.
Job Duties:
- Thoroughly reviewing single - family residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues
- Documenting damages through photos and comments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Physical work: carry ladders, changing smoke alarms, air filters, replacing door stops, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and up to date insurance.
- Must be dependable, pay attention to details, and customer friendly.
- Must have reliable transportation (with vehicle insurance/ i.e. using your own vehicle) - and must be willing to drive a minimum of 30 miles out from your home address.
- Must be able to fit a 4 ft. ladder into your trunk/ or backseat of your car.
- Must be able to use a ladder and basic hand tools.
- Having an i-Pad 5 or newer is a big plus.
- Must have experience with using the latest technology (such as an iPad or iPhone) with a voice mail which is set up on your phone.
- Florida Home inspection License is a plus.
- MUST have wi-fi access at home to communicate with main office.
Schedule:
Part-Time (flexible schedule with one exception) - Must be available to work every other Saturday as it is mandatory.
Pay: We pay per job completed, and you will be compensated for your trianing jobs after staying with the company for 90 days. All tolls accrued will be paid by the company.
