Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Fridays are optional overtime.
Pay Range: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience and welding proficiency.

Position Summary
This position fabricates and repairs metal components using established welding techniques. Candidates must have prior welding experience and be able to pass Bow Creek Metal’s welding test. Work includes stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel. This role supports production and may assist other departments as needed. You’ll be expected to utilize various techniques from long fine welding to short quick welds. We are looking for people who take pride in their weld and are efficient in the journey.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform welding on stainless, aluminum, and mild steel
· Prep, fit, and assemble parts prior to welding
· Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
· Work directly with the Welding Lead under the direction of the Foreman
· Support other departments when needed
· Maintain a clean, organized work area
· Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements
· Welding experience required
· Ability to pass Bow Creek Metal’s welding test
· Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Comfortable working on various materials and ability to adapt
· Reliable transportation
· Willing to cross‑train and support multiple departments
