We are looking for a Human Resource Manager.
This position will lead and execute critical HR processes for employee relations & engagement, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Collaborate with Principal(s) and senior leadership to advance the company's culture and support the continued growth of the organization .
Bovio Rubino will pay for yearly SHRM Membership continuing education to maintain certifications and continue professional growth!
Position : Human Resource Manager
Compensation : $80,000 to $95,000 Salary, depending on experience
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

5 years of Related HR experienceUnderstanding employment law, employee relations and safety lawsAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Office SuitePayroll experienceSHRM-CP, SHRM SCP Certification or similar HR CertificationBA degree in HR or related discipline preferredRecruiting and interviewing experienceAbility to handle sensitive matters with confidentialityListens, questions, and conveys an understanding of others' ideas, behaviors, feelings, attitudes, and valuesLearn more about Bovio Rubino Services : www.bovio-rubino.com
