Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Clerk / Coordinator to support our logistics and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data in warehouse systems and ensuring all inventory, receiving, and shipping transactions are recorded correctly.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and System Transactions
- Accurately enter and update warehouse transactions in the WMS or ERP system
- Record receiving, shipping, and inventory adjustments in a timely manner
- Monitor system data and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update item master (product) data
Inventory Control Support
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and help identify root causes
- Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records
- Support inventory reconciliation processes
Documentation Management
- Maintain and organize key warehouse documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, receiving reports, and shipping records
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed for traceability
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track key metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping volume
- Use Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and present data
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement teams
- Support resolution of data and documentation issues related to inventory and shipments
Compliance and Process Support
- Follow company SOPs and data accuracy standards
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and efficiency
Qualifications
Education
- Associate's Degree in a relevant filed required (or equivalent years of experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business highly preferred
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or data entry preferred
- Experience working with WMS or ERP systems required
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
- Experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, or NetSuite
- Strong data entry and documentation management skills
