Job duties:
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues
Install or replace existing plumbing and electrical systems
All types of interior and exterior buildings and grounds maintenance
Repair or replacement of appliances and fixtures
Assist other divisions of the company when needed
Skills and qualifications:
Be able to communicate in a very friendly manner with customers
Must be able to read & write legibly
Technicians must be flexible with their working hours - This may result in extended working hours and weekends as needed to provide for our customers
Must possess a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test and a criminal background check
Must be able to climb ladders and work off lifts
