Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
Superintendent Responsibilities
- Arrive on site by 7 am daily
- Conduct weekly Foreman meetings
- Facilitate weekly safety meetings
- Maintain daily logs in Procore
- Document work progress with daily photographs
- Be the first and last person on site each day
- Monitor safety and security protocols
- Open and close the construction site
- Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience
- Experience with at least one podium project containing a minimum of 40 units, ideally three such projects in California
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Understanding of the sequence of podium project builds
- Experience managing a minimum of 40 to 50 tradespeople
- Consistent multi-family build experience
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred
- A hands-on background in trades is preferred
