- 4 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in defense law, with consideration for plaintiff experience on a case-by-case basis
- Transferable skills from administrative law or education-related roles
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
- Big Law experience is preferred
