Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Special Education Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Provide legal defense in special education cases
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court
• Collaborate with practice groups to address diverse legal issues
• Maintain a focus on client advocacy and education law
  
  

Special Education Litigation Attorney Requirements

• 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in defense law, with consideration for plaintiff experience on a case-by-case basis
• Transferable skills from administrative law or education-related roles
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
