- Oversee 1–2 active jobs, adjusting site presence as required
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors across various trades
- Perform daily logs and manage quality, safety, and site cleanliness
- Engage in hands-on work during project initiation and closeout phases
- Conduct occasional light carpentry and repairs as needed
- Travel to suppliers and maintain organized job sites and vehicles
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a state driving safety course
- Willingness to work hands-on when necessary
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to maintaining organized job sites and vehicles
- A carpentry background is preferred
- Broad residential construction knowledge across trades is preferred
