Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Oversee the estimation process, including quoting and negotiating costs with clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically up to six at a time
- Engage with clients and architects early in the design process
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
- Conduct site visits and manage job progress
- Handle change orders and billing processes
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution
- At least 5 years of construction experience at a general contractor
- Estimating and Project management experience
- Commercial experience in relevant projects
- Pre-construction experience with an understanding of the building process
- Ability to foster good working relationships with subcontractors
- Flexibility in work hours is preferred
