Marketing Manager / Community Liaison Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities
- Engage with case managers, discharge planners, and social workers
- Attend networking events and coordinate small presentations
- Track referrals using the company's CRM
- Conduct some email marketing to support outreach efforts
- Facilitate ongoing relationship management to foster referrals
- Travel within Contra Costa County and Alameda County
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a marketing position
- Health care industry experience required
- Reliable vehicle is required
- Home healthcare experience is preferred
- Degree in marketing or health care management is preferred
