Position Title: Litigation Attorney

The role involves managing litigation cases from inception to resolution, which presents both challenges and opportunities for professional growth. Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and draft motions and pleadings
• Manage discovery and develop case strategies
• Assist with hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case updates and strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys across different practice areas
  
  

Litigation Attorney Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Litigation Business, Litigation Intellectual Property, or Litigation Software Litigation
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience in a large law firm is preferred
